1. Occlusion detection technology: Immediate alarm for occlusion behavior

Anti obstruction intelligent detection technology is achieved through image sensors on the camera and deep learning technology based on neural networks. When someone attempts to approach the camera with their hands or other obstructions, the camera immediately uploads the obstruction signal to the vending cabinet SaaS backend, which can then link with the vending cabinet system for abnormal alarm processing.

2. Door opening and closing detection technology: even if the door lock is abnormal, there is no need to worry

Looking back at the development history of open door vending machines, the stability of electronic locks plays a very important role in vending machines. However, electronic locks are mechanical and electronic products, and frequent use may inevitably result in signal errors. For example, when the container door is still open, the electronic lock may signal as a locked state due to abnormal door magnetism. At this time, the vending cabinet backend processes business logic in a locked state, leading to cargo damage incidents.

The light intelligent i-series IP cameras of Jushi Technology are based on deep learning algorithms of neural networks. Through visual AI algorithms, they automatically recognize whether the container door is open, avoiding physical signal errors that may cause cargo damage events, thus achieving dual protection of the accuracy of container door opening and closing.

3. RTSP streaming reconnection technology: no loss of video data, no screen distortion during video playback   

During the process of serving visual AI unmanned vending machine customers, Jushi Technology found that many vending machines are located in underground places with poor 4G network coverage, and during peak periods of high traffic, the flow of people is abnormally large, which can easily cause network congestion and other harsh network conditions; At the same time, the compatibility of different main control IP network ports and RJ45 network cables in the market varies greatly; Similar to various situations, there is a probability that the transmission of video signals between the main control or SaaS backend and the IP camera may experience brief disconnections, resulting in screen flickering issues when the backend receives videos.

Ju Shi Technology's light intelligent i-series IP cameras have developed RTSP stream retrieval and reconnection technology based on the RTSP protocol to address this pain point. This allows IP cameras to cache their videos for 2 to 3 seconds during transmission, and then continue uploading videos after the network link is restored. This way, the backend can obtain complete videos without experiencing order processing abnormalities due to missing video clips.
